Underwriting Guidelines for Work Comp:
- FEIN is required to quote
- Less than 20 employees
- Less than $5M payroll
- Less than 1.1 experience Mod
- Less than $25K premium
- No work at depths greater than 6 ft. and heights over 30 ft.
- No 24-hour operations
- No businesses declined or non-renewed by prior carrier due to quality of premises or operations, not including non-payment
- No businesses that regularly transport 5+ employees in a vehicle
