Appalachian Underwriters, Inc.’s President, Bob Arowood, announced that a Settlement Agreement and Release has been finalized between Appalachian Underwriters, Inc. and Greenlight Re providing an end to the litigation between the parties. Mr. Arowood stated, “We are pleased to have this matter resolved enabling us to focus 100% of our time and resources on growing our insurance business.” Mr. Bart Hedges, Chief Executive Officer of Greenlight Re added, “I am pleased that an agreement has been reached which will end our ongoing litigation.”
