Risk Eligibility:
- Coverage A varies by state, but starts as low as $150,000 for the OneChoice product, up to $10,000,000 on the Premier Product
- One to four family, owner occupied homes
- Personal Automobile, Personal Collections and Personal Excess Liability cover can be endorsed onto the policy in certain states
- No more than one loss in three years or two losses in five years

- Guaranteed Replacement Cost Dwelling
- Identity Theft Expenses – $25,000 Coverage
- Water Backup – Up to Coverage A and Coverage C limits
- Building Ordinance Law – Up to Coverage C limit
- Loss Assessment – $100,000 limit
- Liability Limits – Up to $1,000,000
- Personal Injury – Up to Coverage E limit
- Watercraft – 26 ft. or less with a max speed of 50 mph
- Equipment Breakdown Coverage (optional) – Covers property under Coverage A, B, and C. $250 deductible with $50,000 limit
- Green upgrades – Optional to purchase up to $50,000 to coverage to rebuild dwelling with environmentally friendly material
