Appalachian Underwriters is excited to welcome our new Operations Director in Personal Lines, Rocky Shealy, to our Oak Ridge, Tennessee office. Rocky will be coordinating the daily operations of the Personal Lines department with focus on staff management, production and quality.
Rocky has 18 years’ experience in the insurance industry, with 15 years in management roles. He joined us from Answer Financial, an Allstate Corporation operation, where he served as a Sales Manager and Assistant Sales Director for 10 years and over 5 years as a manager of multiple operational support divisions. Rocky’s experience in sales and support provides a great understanding to the challenges of building and maintaining a strong and focused culture that is required for success.
