Appalachian Underwriters Inc. (AUI) is excited to announce the new marketing representative for the state of Georgia, Tony Vastola. He is based in Atlanta. From the Blue Ridge Mountains, to the ATL, all the way to the Lowcountry and the historic city of Savannah, Tony is ready to travel and meet with agents in his territory.  

Tony’s started his insurance career at 16 cold calling for his father, who was also an insurance agent. Now he has over 30 years’ experience in insurance. Tony has held various roles in the insurance industry, including agent, broker, producer, underwriter, and managed Personal and Commercial Lines departments. He enjoys all aspects of the industry from serving on a committee, teaching CE classes, and networking with others in the industry.  

“I want the agents of Georgia to know that I look forward to getting to know everyone and being able to help you write business,” Tony Vastola stated on his new position, “I am excited about working with the great people here at AUI and am honored to be a member of the team.”

When not attending conventions and visiting agents, Tony is an active member of his community and enjoys volunteering his time. He loves making people laugh, being a part of the Bills Mafia (for avid Buffalo Bills fans) and hopes to come to an improv stage near you soon.
