Appalachian Underwriters Inc. (AUI) is excited to announce Shaunna Garrison as the new marketing representative for the South-Central Texas area. She is based out of New Braunfels and her territory will include Austin, San Antonio, and West Texas.
Shaunna comes to AUI with 16 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining AUI she worked in the medical malpractice field and served as a territory representative and account manager for the Austin and San Antonio areas.
Being a people person, Shaunna enjoys cultivating new relationships with her agents while working hard to make a lasting impact with those in her territory. She believes that keeping strong communication with agents gives them the best sense of security with their marketing representatives.
“I am looking forward to getting to know everyone at Appalachian while learning more about the commercial and personal lines side of the insurance industry. And I want my agents to know that I am here and ready to assist their agencies through the various insurance products AUI offers,” Shaunna Garrison stated on her new position.

When not working, Shaunna enjoys being a social butterfly at the local shows she attends. She also enjoys spending quality time with her family which includes her chiweenie pup.
