For the fourth consecutive year, Appalachian Underwriters, Inc. has been named a 5-Star MGA by Insurance Business America!
In its 2019 survey, IBA asked retail producers to rate the performance and service of their wholesale broker and MGA partners on a scale of 1 (poor) to 10 (excellent) in eight categories. AUI earned a score of 8 or greater in the following areas:
- Communication
- Compensation (commission, bonuses, profit-share)
- Claims Support
- Marketing Support
- Technology/Automation
