Available in all states except: ND, OH, WA, WY

Targeted Operations and Minimum Premiums:

  • Home Health Care
    • CA: $5,000; All other states: $2,500
  • Non-Emergency Medical Transport and Paratransit Services:
    • CA: $5,000; All other states: $3,500
  • Social Services Counseling
    • CA: $5,000; All other states: $2,500

 

Loss Control:

  • Minimum phone survey on all healthcare risks
  • Physical loss control on all transportation and all other other accounts over $25,000 in premium
