AUI’s Enhanced Payment Portal can now Accept Credit Card & Check Payments for Agency Billed Policies!

AUI has launched an enhanced payment portal which now accepts credit card and check payments.

Enhancements include:

  • Two Ways to Pay: Agent’s Bill or Insured’s Bill
  • New Business and Renewal policy payments accepted
  • Payment Confirmation: copy of the receipt will be sent to the email provided when filling out payment information
  • User access to payment history and auto reminders for remaining balances on accepted policies
  • FAQ section
  • PCI compliant third party vendor does not collect and save card data
  • Available for all policies

 

Please note that no refund can be processed through the payment portal. There will be a 2.75 charge for processing credit card payments; No fee for ACH payments.
