Please note that if you have requested a re-order in the past month and received confirmation from our team stating that your card has been re-ordered, yet you have not received the card, you will need to reach out to Visa’s Global Cash Card team. They are the ones who ship the cards and have tracking info. You can reach their team at 888-220-4477.
Appointed agents can learn more about the Global Cash Card program by logging into the portal at www.auiagents.com, then clicking the Agent Advantage tab, and selecting Reward Card Submissions.
